Terms of engagement
Applications for agile working must at least satisfy
these requirements:
If working from home the
role can be effectively
(productivity/quality/
outputs) undertaken
without disruption e.g.
dependents, IT access, safe
working.
If office based, no less than
60% of people in the office
60% of the time. Flexible
working on site to be
agreed with the relevant
director.
Appropriately qualified
supervision at all times.
Project to be staffed with
adequate technical
expertise.
Not contravene client
requirements.
Contractual hours covered.
No on-going performance
concerns with the project/
team.
Flexible working must not
mean fixed personal plans
are made based on
arrangements e.g. care of
dependants. If fixed
working hours are required
then please make a formal
request for flexible working.
If home working, a risk
assessment to be
completed by the employee
and if found to not be a safe
working environment then
they will need to work in
office/site.
All applications to be
agreed by relevant director.
